Blue Dolphin Pools Warranty

Blue Dolphin Pools guarantees all of our pools and spas against failure and defects in workmanship. All Blue Dolphin Pools warrantys are non-transferable and are only valid for the original homeowner.

Our warranty does not protect against:

• Defects caused by workmanship by other contractors or damage caused by misuse
  
• Costs incurred by repairs by other contractors
  
• Damage caused by natural disasters
  
• Damage caused by improper use of pool chemicals and cleaning products
